Terms and Conditions

1. PROMOTERS

- The Promoters of this competition are SHEIN (insert company details/address etc) and Hubbed Pty Ltd (ABN 99 600 389 178) 8/37 Nicholson St, East Balmain, NSW, 2041, Australia (collectively the Promoters).

2. ELIGIBILITY

- Entry is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
- Employees, contractors, officers, and agents of the Promoters, and their immediate family members (including spouses, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to enter.
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

- The competition commences at (time) AEST on (date) and closes at (time) AEST on (date) (Promotion Period).
- Entries submitted outside of the Promotion Period will not be valid or accepted.

4. HOW TO ENTER

- Eligible individuals may enter the competition each time they receive a Pick-Up notification from SHEIN containing the Lucky Draw entry link during the Promotion Period.
- To enter the competition, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period:
  - Receive a Pick-Up notification from SHEIN containing a link to the Lucky Draw entry form; and
  - Complete all required fields in the online entry form truthfully and in full; and
  - Submit the entry form via the designated competition webpage.
- Each valid Pick-Up notification provides one (1) opportunity to enter the competition. Individuals may enter multiple times, but only once for each Pick-Up notification received during the Promotion Period.
- Entries that are incomplete, illegible, tampered with, generated by automated means, or not linked to an eligible Pick-Up notification will be deemed invalid.
- The Promoters reserve the right to validate entries and confirm entrant eligibility and if deemed appropriate, disqualify entries that breach these Terms and Conditions.

5. PRIZE DETAILS

- There are three (10) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of a SHEIN Gift Card valued at AUD $100, redeemable for purchases via SHEIN’s official Australian website.
- The total prize pool value is $1000 inclusive of GST.
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Use of each gift card is subject to SHEIN’s standard gift card terms and conditions, available at (Insert SHEIN gift card T&Cs link).

6. PRIZE DRAW AND WINNER NOTIFICATION

- The prize draw will take place at the Hubbed head office at 8/37 Nicholson St, East Balmain, NSW, 2041, Australia at (time) on (date).
- Three (10) winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries during the Promotion Period.
- Each winner will receive one (1) AUD $100 SHEIN Gift Card.
- Winners will be notified by email to the address provided in their entry within two (2) business days of the draw.
- Winners’ first names and initials of surnames will be published on the competition webpage (url) within five (5) business days of the draw.
- Prizes will be delivered to winners by email within five (5) business days of winners confirming acceptance and providing any details required for prize delivery.

7. UNCLAIMED PRIZES AND SECOND CHANCE DRAW

- If any prize is not claimed within ninety (90) days of notification, it will be forfeited.
- A second chance draw, if required, will be conducted at the same location as the original draw no later than ten (10) business days after the forfeiture period ends.
- The winner(s) of any second chance draw will be notified and published in the same manner as outlined in section 6.
- The Promoters’ decisions in connection with the competition are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

8. PRIVACY

- By entering this competition, entrants consent to the Promoters collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of conducting the competition, communicating with entrants, and delivering prizes.

9. GENERAL TERMS

- If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to:
  - infection by computer virus or other harmful code,
  - bugs, technical failures, or security breaches,
  - tampering, unauthorised intervention, or fraud,
  - unforeseen legal or regulatory restrictions,
  - commercial circumstances beyond the control of the Promoters, or
  - any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the competition;

the Promoters reserve the right, in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, delay or suspend the competition, or to disqualify any individual involved in such conduct.

- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters and their related entities are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered or sustained (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of a prize.
- The Promoters accept no responsibility for:

- - lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries;
  - any technical malfunctions or failures that impact entry or prize delivery; or
  - any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied during the competition.
- This competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
