As a HUBBED Customer Success Manager, your focus will be on identifying opportunities for product utilisation and being the subject matter expert for our customers to operate and grow. The customer relationships will be based on understanding of technology, logistics, customer businesses and HUBBED product suite.

We have an exciting opportunity at our Sydney office for an Operations Analyst who has the determination and ability to take ownership for supporting the Operations and technology teams. Someone who would thrive on the challenge of working in a role which at times can go from being structured and autonomous to reactive and collaborative in the same day.

We are looking for a hard-working and dedicated assistant to be responsible for administrative duties to ensure efficiency and smooth running of our office. The role provides support to the CEO, as well as working closely with the wider team as they provide service and support to our diverse client base.
