If the customer is not home to receive a parcel, or they select your location for delivery, the parcel will be dropped off at your store, allowing the customer to collect it at their own convenience

Missed delivery parcels that are not collected by customers within 7 days are called “aged parcels”. All aged parcels should be returned to the courier to free your storage space and allow the couriers to arrange a re-delivery.
